Abstract

The invention discloses a quantum dot-based OLED white light device, which includes a substrate, a blue OLED device, a quantum dot layer and a thin film encapsulation layer, and is stacked so that the light emitted by the blue OLED device excites the quantum dot layer. Quantum dots, the quantum dot layer emits light to the OLED white light device, and the light emitted from the quantum dot layer is white light synthesized from the light emitted by the blue OLED device and the light emitted by the quantum dots. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the OLED white light device. The OLED white light device of the invention has high color purity, excellent light stability and low production cost.
