Every 100mL of the lycopene-containing human semen cryoprotectant comprises the following materials: 1.5g of glucose, 1.3g of trisodium citrate dehydrate, 20ml of glycerin, 4.296*10<-4>-4.296*10<-3>g of lycopene, 20ml of yolk, 0.01-0.1mL of dimethyl sulfoxide and the balance of double distilled water.
