Problems solved by technology

[0008] However, using only non-woven fabrics, it is difficult to secure its strength if the air permeability is properly adjusted
In addition, since non-woven fabrics contain fibers, the fluff of the fibers will itch, making it difficult to give a comfortable touch to the skin.
Moreover, the non-woven fabric will be too tightly combined with the skin through the ointment, so that the ointment is easily wiped off by the fibers and falls off from the skin.

Embodiment 1

[0042] like figure 1 ~ As shown in FIG. 4, the disposable wearing article 10 of Example 1 of the present invention will be described.

[0043] figure 1 It is a plan view of the disposable wearing article 10. figure 2 is along figure 1 The cross-sectional view after the line X-X is cut. image 3 It is a cross-sectional view when wearing the disposable wearing article 10 .

[0044] like figure 1 As shown, the disposable wearing article 10 is in the shape of a glove. like figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, except for the wrist portion, the first and second composite layers 11a, 11b formed in the shape of a hand are bonded to each other along the outer peripheral edge, forming a bonded part 10x. Furthermore, instead of overlapping and bonding two composite layers, one composite layer may be folded and bonded to form a glove shape. When worn, it is formed into a bag shape with an opening at one end. Furthermore, when not being worn, it can also be folded into a bag sh...

Embodiment 2

[0083] like Figure 5 and Image 6 As shown, the disposable wearing article 10k of Embodiment 2 will be described below.

[0084] The configuration of the disposable wearing article 10k of Example 2 is almost the same as that of the disposable wearing article 10 of Example 1. Hereinafter, the same components as those in Embodiment 1 will be denoted by the same symbols, and the differences from Embodiment 1 will be mainly described.

[0085] Figure 5 and Image 6 With figure 2 and image 3 Same cutaway. like Figure 5 and Image 6 As shown, one side of the disposable wearing article 10k (the upper side in the figure) only uses the second layer 14k of one-layer structure to replace the second composite layer 11a of the disposable wearing article 10 in Example 1. The other side (the lower side in the figure) of the disposable wearing article 10k is the first composite layer 11b having the same configuration as the disposable wearing article 10 in the first embodiment. ...

Embodiment 3

[0092] like Figure 7 As shown, the disposable wearing article 20 of Embodiment 3 will be described below. Figure 7 It is a schematic diagram of the use state of the disposable wearables 20.

[0093] The disposable wearing article 20 of the third embodiment includes a main body 22 formed using the same composite layer as that of the first embodiment, and ear straps 24 and 26 connected to the main body 22 . In the disposable wearing article 20, the ear parts 24 and 26 are hung on the wearer's ears, and the main body 22 covers the wearer's face.

[0094] When worn, the main body 22 is formed in a three-dimensional bowl shape along the face, and the inner surface of the main body 22 that contacts the wearer's face is formed by the first layer of the composite layer. For example, in the main body 22, two left and right members 22m and 22n are joined together by a joint portion 22k formed in a curved shape along the face. It can also be folded into a bowl shape when not being w...

Abstract

Provided is a disposable wearing article which has air permeability capable of being adjusted so that the wearing article is kept at appropriate humidity, which can provide a comfortable texture against the wearer's skin, and which does not remove liniment from the wearer's skin. A disposable wearing article is provided with composite layers (11a, 11b) including: (a) first layers (12) having first and second main surfaces (12p, 12q; 12s, 12t) and also having formed therein through-holes penetrating through the main surfaces (12p, 12q; 12s, 12t); and (b) second layers (14) which each have a pair of main surfaces (14p, 14q; 14s, 14t), which each allow air to permeate between the main surfaces (14p, 14q; 14s, 14t), which consist of a hydrophobic material, and which are joined to the second main surfaces (12q, 12t) of the first layers (12). The first main surfaces (12p, 12s) have hydrophobic properties, and the disposable wearing article is worn by the user while the first main surfaces (12p, 12s) are adjacent to the wearer's skin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a disposable wearing article, in particular to a disposable wearing article whose inner surface can be worn by a wearer close to the body. Background technique [0002] There are various options for traditional disposable wearables. [0003] E.g, Figure 10a stereogram with along Figure 10a The section cut off by the line B1-B1 Figure 10b In the glove 101 shown, the nonwoven fabric 102 is bonded at the welded portion 105 (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). [0004] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-179858. [0005] In order to treat and prevent eczema, rashes, cracks, and chapped hands, disposable gloves in the shape of gloves are sometimes worn. [0006] When used for such purposes, in order to keep the skin from drying out and maintain an appropriate humidity that is not stuffy during the wearing process, disposable wearables must have appropriate air permeability. In addition, eve...
