The machine room air conditioner hot-water system further comprises an intelligent controller which is used for controlling work of the overall system; the double-water-source heat pump comprises a cooler and an evaporator, the water inlet is connected to the evaporator of the double-water-source heat pump and is further connected to a cold water pipe, and a hot water pipe is connected to the cooler of the double-water-source heat pump and is further connected with the water outlet; the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe are connected to a cooling system of each machine cabinet.
