Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a cushion packing material by using agricultural wastes. The method comprises the following steps: S1, grinding the agricultural wastes, putting into a high-pressure kettle, heating to the temperature between 110 and 140 DEG C, stewing and sterilizing under 2 to 3 times atmospheric pressure for 60 to 120 minutes, cooling, and adding whitewash to adjust pH to 6-8; S2, adding 60 to 97 mass parts of agricultural wastes into 3 to 40 mass parts of fungus-containing nutrient solution, and uniformly stirring; S3, fill the mixture obtained in the step 2 into a cushion packing material mold, placing in a dark room at the temperature between 23 and 28 DEG C, standing hypha of fungus for 5 to 7 days; S4, heating the dark room to the temperature of 4 to 5 DEG C, and sterilizing the mixture-containing mold by using ultraviolet light for 30 to 60 minutes, thus obtaining the cushion packing material; and S5, demolding the cushion packing material.
