Abstract

The invention discloses a method for supercritical fluid extraction on taxus chinensis seed volatile oil. The method mainly comprises the following steps: crushing, freeze-drying, performing supercritical fluid extraction, separating, and the like. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) crushing the taxus chinensis seeds, and screening after crushing; (2) performing freeze-drying on the crushed material; (3) filling an extraction kettle with dried raw material for extraction according to a certain filling coefficient; and (4) after the extraction, respectively discharging the volatile oil from two separation kettles.
