The solar batteries on paddles meet the requirements on aerodynamic characteristics and energy sources are provided for the aircraft by converting solar energy to electric energy; and meanwhile, the rotary paddles can be used for effectively radiating heat of the solar batteries so that the working efficiency is improved. The layout of the upper and lower layers of rotor wings can be used for counteracting torque along rotation in different directions.
