Abstract

The invention discloses a CHMM1 culture medium suitable for in-vitro culture of Chinese epidermal melanocytes. The CHMM1 culture medium takes a base culture medium suitable for in-vitro culture of the epidermal melanocytes as a matrix, wherein the matrix is added with the following components: (1) serum with the volume concentration of 5%-20%, (2) 1-100 ng / mL of bFGF and 1-100 ng / mL of GM-CSF, and (3) 1-100 [mu]g / mL of 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX) and 3-3000 ng / mL of alpha-MSH.
