Embodiment 1

[0027] Activated carbon / graphene composites are prepared from organic biomass through the following steps:

[0028] (1) Take each component raw material by the following mass fractions: straw crumbs 45%, melamine 50%, iron nitrate 5%;

[0029] (2) After mixing the above-mentioned components evenly, put them into a furnace with a temperature of 300° C. and heat for 3 hours to obtain a gray bulky material with a fluffy structure;

[0030] (3) Put the block material obtained above into a furnace with nitrogen at 600° C. and heat for 10 minutes to obtain an activated carbon / graphene composite.

[0031] Performance characterization, when the current is 0.5A / g, its specific capacitance reaches 180F / g.

Embodiment 2

[0033] Activated carbon / graphene composites are prepared from organic biomass through the following steps:

[0034] (1) Take each component raw material according to the following mass fractions: 80% of straw crumbs, 12% of melamine, and 8% of ferric nitrate;

[0035] (2) After mixing the above-mentioned components evenly, put them into a furnace with a temperature of 500° C. and heat for 3 hours to obtain a gray bulky material with a fluffy structure;

[0036] (3) Put the block material obtained above into a furnace with nitrogen at 900° C. and heat for 5 minutes to obtain an activated carbon / graphene composite.

[0037] Performance characterization, when the current is 0.5A / g, its specific capacitance reaches 170F / g.

Embodiment 3

[0039] Activated carbon / graphene composites are prepared from organic biomass through the following steps:

[0040] (1) Take each component raw material by the following mass fraction: 90% of straw crumbs, 5% of melamine, and 5% of ferric nitrate;

[0041] (2) After mixing the above-mentioned components evenly, put them into a furnace with a temperature of 400° C. and heat for 3 hours to obtain a gray bulky material with a fluffy structure;

[0042] (3) Put the block material obtained above into a furnace with nitrogen at 800° C. and heat for 30 minutes to obtain an activated carbon / graphene composite.

[0043] Performance characterization, when the current is 0.5A / g, its specific capacitance reaches 176F / g.

Abstract

A preparing method of an active-carbon / graphene composite is disclosed. The active-carbon / graphene composite is prepared by uniformly mixing raw materials comprising 45-90% by weight of biomass, 5-50% by mass of carbonitride and 5-10% by mass of a transition-metal-containing compound, heating the material mixture at 300-500 DEG C for 2-5 h to obtain a gray block material with a fluffy structure, and heating the block material in a protective gas atmosphere at 600-900 DEG C for 5-60 min. The biomass is any one or a mixture of straw, saccharose residue, saw dust and rice straw. The method utilizing the biomass for directly synthesizing the active-carbon / graphene composite material is simple. Raw materials are simple and easily available. The obtained active-carbon / graphene composite material has the specific capacitance meeting requirements of electrode materials and is suitable for large-scale production and application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of composite material preparation, in particular to an activated carbon / graphene composite and a preparation method thereof Background technique [0002] At present, the capacitor electrode material is mainly activated carbon, but due to the complex structure of activated carbon, the pore utilization rate is low, the conductivity is poor, and the charging is slow. [0003] Since its discovery, graphene has attracted widespread attention for its special structure and excellent properties. It has a high specific surface area, excellent electrical conductivity and capacitive properties. [0004] The introduction of graphene into activated carbon can optimize the structure of activated carbon mesopores, and at the same time enhance the conductivity of activated carbon, shorten the charging time and increase the specific capacitance. [0005] At present, the preparation of activated carbon / graphene is mainly to physicall...
