Problems solved by technology

[0005] The technical problem to be solved in the present invention is to overcome the problem of genetic differentiation in the existing Simao pine saplings' germinated side branches as propagation materials to cultivate cutting seedlings, and although the excellent characters of adult trees can be completely inherited to clone offspring, there are still Simao pine Defects and insufficiencies of direct cuttings of adult excellent tree branches that cannot survive

Embodiment 1

[0030] Embodiment 1 The inventive method

[0031] Present embodiment is done two processing, and processing 1 and processing 2 all carry out as follows in May or October of the same year respectively:

[0032] 1. Implementation location

[0033] In the nursery of Forest Science Institute, Puer City, Yunnan Province, China, it is located between 22°27′~24°06′ north latitude and 100°19′~101°27′ east longitude. The climate is in the south subtropical zone, and the zonal soil is red soil and some Brick red soil.

[0034] (1) Selection of Simao Pine Adult Trees

[0035] Using the conventional method of five dominant trees, the adult Simao pine with tree age ≥ 20 years, annual average height growth ≥ 1m, and annual average DBH growth ≥ 1cm was selected as the adult Simao pine tree. The conventional method of five dominant trees is: take the candidate tree as the center, within a radius range of 10m to 25m where the site conditions are relatively consistent, at least 30 or more tr...

Embodiment 2

[0050] Example 2 Comparative experiment on the impact of different heights of side branches, hormone types, and concentrations on the survival rate of cuttings for the first grafted seedlings, the second grafted seedlings, and the third grafted seedlings (hereinafter referred to as grafted plants)

[0051] 1. Implementation location

[0052] In the nursery of Forest Science Institute, Puer City, Yunnan Province, China, it is located between 22°27′~24°06′ north latitude and 100°19′~101°27′ east longitude. The climate is in the south subtropical zone, and the zonal soil is red soil and some Brick red soil.

[0053] 2 test material

[0054] The selection method of an excellent adult tree of Simao pine is the same as that in Example 1.

[0055] The scion used for grafting is collected from the adult Simao pine tree, which is 30 years old, 32cm in diameter at breast height, and 30m in height. Rootstock is selected 1 year and is born high 70~100cm, and the Simao pine seedling of ...

Embodiment 3

[0079] Example 3 Comparative test of the influence of grafting times on the number of germinated side branches of grafted plants, comparison of the number of germinated side branches of grafted plants at different heights, and comparative tests of the effects of different tree ages and different times of grafting on the survival rate of cuttings

[0080] 1. Implementation location

[0081] In the nursery of Forest Science Institute, Puer City, Yunnan Province, China, it is located between 22°27′~24°06′ north latitude and 100°19′~101°27′ east longitude. The climate is in the south subtropical zone, and the zonal soil is red soil and some Brick red soil.

[0082] 2. Test material

[0083] The selection method of an excellent adult tree of Simao pine is the same as that in Example 1.

[0084] The scion used for grafting is collected from the mature and excellent Simao pine tree with a tree age of 30 years, a diameter at breast height of 32cm, and a tree height of 30m after the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for shoot cuttage rejuvenation of superior adult trees of pinus khasys. The method includes grafting rejuvenation of branches of the superior adult trees of the pinus khasys, according to the first time of grafting rejuvenation, lignification lateral branches, which are grown in the current year, of the superior adult trees of the pinus khasys are cut to serve as scions to be grafted on seedling stocks which are grown for one year through clone seeds; according to the second time of grafting rejuvenation, lignification lateral branches grown on seedlings in the first time of grafting rejuvenation are cut to serve as scions to be grafted on stocks which are newly selected; according to the third time of grafting rejuvenation, lignification lateral branches grown on seedlings in the second time of grafting rejuvenation are cut to serve as scions to be grafted on stocks in the third time of selection. Half-lignification lateral branches grown on seedlings in the third time of grafting rejuvenation are cut as cuttage materials which are fast dipped into rooting agents and then are inserted into a seedbed for seedling exercising. According to the method for shoot cuttage rejuvenation of the superior adult trees of the pinus khasys, cuttage branches are obtained through the method that three times of grafting rejuvenation is conducted on the superior adult trees of the pinus khasys for the first time, and the defect that the branches of the superior adult trees of the pinus khasys cannot survive through direct cuttage. Cuttage propogation of the superior adult trees of the pinus khasys succeeds for the first time, and the rooting percentage is more than 62 percent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cutting propagation of forest trees, and in particular relates to a method for cutting young young twigs of an adult fine tree of Simao pine. Background technique [0002] Simao pine (Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis) belongs to Pinus (Pinusaceae) Pinus (Pinus) plant, is a geographical variety of Cassia pine. It is naturally distributed in the tropical and subtropical mountains west of Ailao Mountain in Yunnan Province, at an altitude of 700-2000m, and concentrated in the area of 1000-1700m. Simao pine is a unique fast-growing timber and resin-producing tree species in Yunnan Province. It is the tree species with the largest forest area in Pu'er forest area, with an area of 982,000 hm2 and a standing stock volume of 86.375 million m3. Simao pine grows fast, has a short rotation period, good material, high fat yield, and strong ecological adaptability. It is a pioneer tree species in subtropical mounta...
