Cooling pipes arranged in line are arranged between the cooling liquid inlet pipe and the cooling liquid outlet pipe in the vertical direction. The cooling pipes are sleeved with heat dissipating pipes arranged on the outer wall of the oil tank respectively. The two ends of each heat dissipating pipe are communicated with and connected with the oil tank. A water collecting tank used for collecting rainwater is arranged on the top of the oil tank.
