A production method comprises the following steps: mixing the effective microbial community and the molasses; adding other raw materials and a microbial community and molasses mixture in a mixing container together; connecting the mixing container with a steam heater; starting a mixer in the mixing container and the steam heater; taking materials in the mixing container out; and placing the taken-out materials in a fermentation container, and directly performing insulation fermentation. The multi-enzyme corn fermented feed has the beneficial effects that the processed multi-enzyme corn fermented feed is perfect in palatability; the food consumption of animals is remarkably increased; the effective microbial community is largely fed in the animal, so that the digestion absorption of the animal to nutritional ingredients is greatly improved, the excrement is remarkably reduced, the feed conversion rate is remarkably increased, and the production cost of the animal husbandry is greatly lowered.
