Abstract

A low-offset bandgap circuit and a corrector are disclosed. The low-offset bandgap circuit comprises a core bandgap circuit and an offset elimination circuit. The low-offset bandgap circuit provides a reference potential at an output node. The core bandgap circuit comprises a core computation amplifier to generate a core current. The offset elimination circuit is coupled to two input ends of the core computation amplifier. The offset elimination circuit generates a compensation current according to the potential of the input ends of the core computation amplifier, in order to compensate an offset potential of the core computation amplifier. The reference potential is generated according to the core current and the compensation current. With the low-offset bandgap circuit and the corrector, output fluctuation caused by offset of the computation amplifier can be reduced, and stability of the output potential of the core bandgap circuit can be improved effectively.
