Abstract

The invention relates to high-expression daptomycin strains and a screening method thereof, and belongs to the field of antibiotic production strains and screening thereof. The name of the classification of the strains is streptomyces roseosporus. The stains are preserved in the general microbiology center of the China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms, with accession numbers being CGMCC NO.6899, NO.7014 and NO.7015. The invention also provides the screening method of the high-expression daptomycin strains. Ultraviolet mutagenesis and antibiotic resistance screening are combined to increase the mutation probability of the strains, so as to obtain the high-expression daptomycin strains. The output of each of the stains is higher than 59.86 mg/L and can reach 79.44 mg/L. The stains and the screening method can rapidly and effectively increase the production level of the daptomycin and have important practical significance.
