The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully and uniformly mixing the infrared radiation fluorescent material, the textile fiber material and the assistant material; after melting at a high temperature, drawing to textile cellosilks which are 0.001-0.1mm in diameter, wherein the infrared radiation fluorescent textile cellosilks emit near infrared fluorescence which cannot be seen by human under excitation of a long-wave ultraviolet light source or a blue light source, and when the exciting light is stopped, infrared long afterglow continuously exists in over 100 hours; forming various fiber products with infrared radiation function through spinning and weaving processes and the like.
