Embodiment 1

[0025] A radiation shielding nonwoven fabric, the raw material components of the radiation shielding nonwoven fabric include by weight percentage:

[0026] Ammonium tungstate: 1-10%; polyacrylonitrile copolymer: 5-20%; DMF (N,N-dimethylformamide): 80-95%.

[0027] In this embodiment, the ammonium tungstate salt refers to ammonium paratungstate.

[0028] In this embodiment, the polyacrylonitrile copolymer refers to acrylonitrile-methyl acrylate polymer (P(AN-MA)).

[0029] In this example, the weight ratio of P(AN-MA) to DMF is 1:9, and the weight ratio of ammonium paratungstate to P(AN-MA) is 1:2. The specific weight percentage data are ammonium paratungstate: 4.76%; P(AN-MA): 9.52%; DMF: 85.72%.

[0030] Method embodiment 1:

[0031] A kind of preparation method of radiation shielding nonwoven fabric, such as figure 1 As shown, its preparation steps include:

[0032] S1. Using 4.76% by weight of ammonium tungstate, 9.52% by weight of P(AN-MA), and 85.72% by weight of DMF...

Embodiment 2

[0044] A radiation shielding nonwoven fabric, the raw material components of the radiation shielding nonwoven fabric include by weight percentage:

[0045] Ammonium tungstate: 1-10%; polyacrylonitrile copolymer: 5-20%; DMF: 80-95%.

[0046] In this embodiment, the ammonium tungstate salt refers to ammonium metatungstate.

[0047] In this embodiment, the polyacrylonitrile copolymer refers to an acrylonitrile-itaconic acid polymer (acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate polymer).

[0048] The weight ratio of acrylonitrile-itaconic acid polymer to DMF is 1:9; the weight ratio of ammonium metatungstate to acrylonitrile-itaconic acid polymer is 4:5, and the specific weight percentage data is: ammonium metatungstate: 7.41%; acrylonitrile-itaconic acid polymer: 9.26%; DMF: 83.33%.

[0049] Method embodiment 2:

[0050] A kind of preparation method of radiation shielding nonwoven fabric, such as image 3 As shown, its preparation steps include:

Abstract

The invention relates to radiation shielding non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof. The radiation shielding non-woven fabric is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1-10% of ammonium tungstate, 5-20% of polyacrylonitrile copolymer and 80-95% of DMF (N,N-dimethylformamide). The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally preparing raw materials, sequentially feeding the raw materials to obtain a light yellow transparent clear homogenous-phase mixed solution, debubbling by ultrasonic and standing to obtain a spinning solution, and carrying out electrostatic spinning treatment to obtain a nano or micro raw fabric; drying the raw fabric, and carrying out preoxidation on the dried raw fabric in the presence of air; and carbonizing the preoxidated raw fabric in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain the radiation shielding non-woven fabric. The radiation shielding non-woven fabric has the properties of fiber substances and the radiation-resistant function of the metal tungsten, and can be prepared into products with different densities according to different proportions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of radiation protection materials, in particular to a radiation shielding nonwoven fabric with ionizing radiation protection function and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of modern science and technology, various high-energy rays (such as X-rays) are more and more widely used in the fields of industry, agriculture, medicine, and national defense. While bringing huge economic and social benefits to people, the damage to human body and environment caused by these high-energy rays has become increasingly serious. Due to the continuous deepening of people's understanding of the biological effects of radiation, the protection of high-energy rays has attracted people's great attention. X-ray is a kind of ionizing radiation, which is different from general electromagnetic radiation, and it is more destructive to the human body. ICRP (International Commission on Radiolog...
