The acaricidal composition takes pyriminostrobin and the organic tin acaricide as active ingredients, wherein the weight ratio of pyriminostrobin to the organic tin acaricide is (1: 8)-(5: 1). The composition can be prepared into agriculturally acceptable dosage form such as suspension, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, a dispersible oil suspension or missible oil. The composition is reasonable in composition and good in acaricidal effect, and activity and acaricidal effect of the composition are not simple superposition of activities and acaricidal effects of various components; the composition, compared to an existing single preparation, not only has an obvious insecticidal efficacy but also is remarkable in synergistic effect, and is good in crop safety.
