Abstract

The invention provides a bearing integrated maintaining device and method. Bearing efficient washing, drying and oil injection functions are achieved in the same device. The bearing integrated maintaining device comprises a spraying washing component, a combination frequency ultrasonic cleaning component, a cold air drying component, an oil injection component, an air path component and a control system. The combination frequency ultrasonic cleaning component comprises a combination frequency ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer array and an ultrasonic cleaning groove. A plurality of spraying head sets and cold air drying spraying heads sets are arranged in the spraying washing component. The directions of nozzles of the spraying heads can be adjustable. According to the bearing integrated maintaining method, spraying washing, combination frequency ultrasonic washing, bearing drying and bearing oil injecting are completed in the same device. The combination frequency ultrasonic washing frequency range is 15kHz-20kHz and 25kHz-30kHz. During spraying washing, in single-time washing in the same spraying component, high-pressure straight washing and high-pressure oblique washing on a bearing in the upper direction and the lower direction are completed.
