Abstract

The invention discloses trichoderma aureoviride which can produce IAA (Indole Acetic Acid) and siderophores and is high in phosphate solubilization property. The trichoderma aureoviride is characterized by comprising applications of relieving cucumber seedling salt stress and prompting seedling grow, wherein specifically the contents of cucumber seedling chlorophyll, soluble sugar and the soluble protein are increased, the content of MDA (Methylene Aioxyamphet Amine) is reduced under the salt stress, and the phosphate solubilization capablility of the strain is one of the desalting and grow prompting mechanisms.
