Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0017] combine figure 1 , figure 2 , the present invention is based on the C-band high-performance balanced filter of LTCC technology, comprising a 3dB Wilkinson power divider (A), and a signal is input from the 3dB Wilkinson power divider (A). Connected to the 3dB Wilkinson power divider (A) are respectively +90 degree phase shift filter (B) and -90 degree phase shift filter (C). Connected to the +90 degree phase shift filter and the -90 degree phase shift filter respectively are a balanced output port 1 and a balanced output port 2 with the same amplitude and a phase difference of 180 degrees.

[0018] combine figure 1 , figure 2 , the C-band high-performance balanced filter based on LTCC technology of the present invention includes a ceramic substrate (D1), six grounded metal plates (GND1~GND6), four Z-shaped grounded metal plates (Z1~Z4), and six in...

Abstract

The invention discloses a C-band high-performance balance filter based on an LTCC technology. The C-band high-performance balance filter comprises a 3dB Wilkinson power splitter (A), and signals are input through the 3dB Wilkinson power splitter. The 3dB Wilkinson power splitter is respectively connected with a +90-degree all-pass filter (B) and a -90-degree all-pass filter (C). The +90-degree all-pass filter and the -90-degree all-pass filter are connected with a balanced output port 1 and a balanced output port 2 respectively. The ranges of the two balanced output ports are equal, and the phases of the two ports differ by 180 degrees. The frequency band of the C-band high-performance balance filter is a C-band, a circuit topology is simple, and the C-band high-performance balance filter has the advantages of being wide in frequency band frequency coverage, high in ranges of outputting the two port, high in phase balance, high in output port isolation, excellent in three-port standing wave performance, good in frequency selectivity, simple in circuit structure and good in controllability, and has wide application potential in high-data-rate wireless communication in the future.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microwave technology, and relates to a balanced-unbalanced converter and a bandpass filter applied to microwave and millimeter wave circuits, in particular to a C-band high-performance balanced filter based on LTCC technology. Background technique [0002] Baluns (baluns) are widely used in RF microwave circuits. Due to the high frequency of electromagnetic waves in the radio frequency microwave band, they are easily affected by even-order harmonics and even-mode interference signals during signal transmission, which is very unfavorable for radio frequency microwave data communications. The balun has its special balanced transmission structure, which can significantly and effectively suppress even-order harmonics and even-mode interference signals. In addition, its balanced port has the characteristics of 180-degree phase difference. Baluns are widely used in balanced mixers, balanced amplifiers, antenna feeds, a...
