Abstract

The refractory slurry powder comprises, by weight, 60 to 85 parts of quartz sand, 1 to 10 parts of graphite, 1 to 15 parts of a binder, 0.5 to 10 parts of a plasticizer, 1 to 5 parts of micro powder and a dispersant which accounts for 0.05 to 0.5% of the total weight of the quartz sand, the graphite, the binder, the plasticizer and the micro powder, wherein the binder is a composition of bentonite and soft clay, the plasticizer is methyl cellulose, or dextrin or a composition of methyl cellulose and dextrin, and the micro powder is active alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, or active SiO2 micro powder or a composition of the alpha-Al2O3 micro powder and active SiO2 micro powder. During usage of the refractory slurry powder provided by the invention, the problem of permeation of steel hardly occurs; and during replacement of the core of the air brick, the core can be easily pulled out, and residual fire clay of a brick cup can be easily cleared.
