The algorithm comprises the following implementation steps: (1) inputting an original image, and respectively performing directionlet transform in three directions of 45 degrees, 90 degrees and 135 degrees on the original image; (2) performing fuzzy enhancement processing on the low-frequency information; (3) performing non-linear noise suppression enhancement processing on high-frequency information; (4) performing directionlet inverse transformation on the enhanced low-frequency information and the high-frequency information to respectively obtain the images enhanced at 45 degrees, 90 degrees and 135 degrees; and (5) performing weighted average on the three enhanced images to obtain a final enhanced image.
