Problems solved by technology

This kind of patch (mesh) cannot be degraded or can only be partially degraded in the body, and will remain in the body as a permanent foreign body, which can easily cause inflammation at the hernia site, and also cause the patient to have an uncomfortable foreign body sensation
In addition, the artificial synthetic material patch (mesh) cannot be well integrated with the body, and cannot prevent the occurrence of exogenous repair of the hernia injury site, and is prone to adhesion reactions with adjacent organs
Not conducive to the self-repair of the hernia site

Embodiment 1

[0027] Example 1. Preparation of surgical patch for treating hernia

[0028] 1. Collect the cowhide of the slaughtered cattle from the standardized management slaughterhouse, try to avoid contact with contaminants, and store it in a freezer immediately after collection.

[0029] 2. Thaw the cowhide obtained in step 1 and fully wash it, trim and remove the parts that are not easy to process (remove muscles and scrape hair).

[0030] 3. The first alkali treatment

[0031] The product of step 2 is treated by soaking in an alkaline solution.

[0032] The purpose of this step is to denature, hydrolyze and dissolve the non-collagen proteins in the membrane tissue.

[0033] Specific steps: use 2M NaOH aqueous solution, soak for 60min at 6±2℃, and then wash with clean water.

[0034] 4. Surfactant treatment

[0035] The product of step 3 is soaked with a surfactant solution.

[0036] The purpose of this step is to destroy the cell membrane structure, so that the cells are broken ...

Embodiment 2

[0051] Example 2. Preparation of surgical patch for treating hernia

[0052] 1. Collect the skins of newly slaughtered pigs from the standardized management slaughterhouses, avoid contact with pollutants as much as possible, and store them in a freezer immediately after collection.

[0053] 2. Thaw the pig skin obtained in step 1 and wash it thoroughly, trim and remove the parts that are not easy to process (remove muscle, scrape hair).

[0054] 3. The first alkali treatment

[0055] The product of step 2 is treated by soaking in an alkaline solution.

[0056] The purpose of this step is to denature, hydrolyze and dissolve the non-collagen proteins in the membrane tissue.

[0057] Specific steps: use 0.5M KOH aqueous solution, soak for 180min at 2±2℃, and then wash with clean water.

[0058] 4. Surfactant treatment

[0059] The product of step 3 is treated with a surfactant soak.

[0075] Example 3. Preparation of surgical patch for treating hernia

[0076] 1. Collect the cowhide of the slaughtered cattle from the standardized management slaughterhouse, try to avoid contact with contaminants, and store it in a freezer immediately after collection.

[0077] 2. Thaw the cowhide obtained in step 1 and fully wash it, trim and remove the parts that are not easy to process (remove muscles and scrape hair).

[0078] 3. The first alkali treatment

[0079] The product of step 2 is treated by soaking in an alkaline solution.

[0080] The purpose of this step is to denature, hydrolyze and dissolve the non-collagen proteins in the membrane tissue.

[0081] Specific steps: use 0.2MCa(OH) 2 Aqueous solution, soak for 90min at 23±2℃, then wash with clean water.

Abstract

The invention discloses a surgical patch for treating hernia and a preparation method thereof. The method for preparing a skin patch comprises the following steps of: (1) taking isolated pigskin or cow leather; (2) soaking the product in the step (1) by aqueous alkali; (3) soaking the product in the step (2) by a surfactant solution; (4) soaking the product in the step (3) by the aqueous alkali; (5) soaking the product in the step (4) by radiation protection reagent solution of which the pH is 5.8-7.8; (6) soaking the product in the step (5) by PBS (phosphate buffer solution); and (7) orderly carrying out frozen drying and irradiation sterilization on the product in the step (6), so as to obtain the skin patch. The surgical patch provided by the invention is a natural collagen membrane material, can be well fused with an organism, and can effectively prevent exogenous repair.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of implanted medical instruments, in particular to a surgical patch used for treating hernia in a surgical operation and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Hernia is a common disease in the current surgical operation, its formation has a great relationship with the patient's physique, mostly due to coughing, sneezing, excessive exertion, excessive abdominal fat, forced defecation, pregnancy in women, excessive crying in children, and abdominal wall in the elderly. Due to strength degeneration and other reasons, negative pressure is generated in the abdominal cavity, which leads to an increase in the intra-abdominal air pressure, forcing the free organs in the abdominal cavity such as: small intestine, large intestine, bladder and other organs to drill holes when they see holes. Or abnormal weak point or defect, porosity into another part. [0003] There are currently two methods for the treat...
