Abstract

The invention relates to a high-speed railway vehicle cab and a processing method of the high-speed railway vehicle cab to achieve a brand new aluminum profile shell structure and the processing method of the aluminum profile shell structure. All components which compose the shell adopt stretch bending profiles to form a streamline shape which meets the requirements in high-speed driving of a vehicle, and processed shell can more optimally integrate with a vehicle body. The cab shell comprises skins and which are connected with the vehicle body in a welded mode and a skeleton, wherein the skins comprise a vehicle roof skin, side wall skins, a vehicle roof module, and side wall modules. All components which compose the skins and the skeleton are made of stretch bending profiles which are processed to form at one time. A full-penetration assembly and welding are adopted among the vehicle roof skin, the side wall skins, the side wall modules, and the skeleton, and the vehicle roof skin, the side wall skins, the side wall modules, and the skeleton are connected to form a whole frame of the cab shell. The vehicle roof module is bonded with the vehicle body as a whole. The shell is formed by welding the skins which are made of stretch bending profiles with the skeleton, possesses perfect streamline shape after installation, is capable of meeting aerodynamics requirements to provide external strong support, and can effectively transmit various external impacts.
