Problems solved by technology

Its disadvantages are: as a ceramic material, it is a brittle material, which is easy to break and has a short service life.
Poor impact resistance
Its manufacturing cost is high, as a consumable part, the later maintenance is expensive
Moreover, the surface is easy to condense water dew during use, which will cause flashover or short circuit under high voltage, which will cause the dust collector to stop working during the power generation process and cause air pollution accidents.
Its density is high, the overall weight of the product is large, and its operation consumes a lot of power, which is not conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite vibration insulator for an electrostatic deduster and a preparation method thereof. The composite vibration insulator comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 75-80% of fiber chopped strands, 10-8% of high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin, 10-8% of high-temperature-resistant curing agent, 1-2% of accelerant, 1-5% of nano quartz powder and 0.5-1% of nano flame retardant. The composite vibration insulator disclosed by the invention has high shock resistance and long service life, and is not easily broken; as a high-molecular material, the vibration insulator has excellent hydrophobicity, does not frequently suffer from flashover or breakdown due to moisture condensation, and shows high insulating performance of the product; and compared with a ceramic material with long production period, low efficiency and high rejection rate, the composite vibration insulator has high production efficiency, high yield and low comprehensive cost, and is favorable for increasing the economic benefits. The density of the composite vibration insulator is 1 / 3 of that of the ceramic material, the product has light whole weight and low power consumption in operation, and thus the composite vibration insulator is an ideal material and first choice for saving energy and reducing consumption.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the field of environmental protection and dust removal, and relates to a rapping insulator (shaft) for a high-voltage electrostatic precipitator in a thermal power plant, in particular to a rapping insulator (shaft) for an electrostatic precipitator manufactured by using polymer composite materials instead of traditional ceramic materials , and a specific manufacturing method for polymer composite rapped insulators (shafts) was proposed. Background technique: [0002] In the prior art, the material of the rapping insulator (shaft) for the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator is ceramic material. Round rods or profiles with increased creepage distances and metal connectors at both ends. Its disadvantages are: as a ceramic material, it is a brittle material, which is easy to break and has a short service life. Poor impact resistance. Its manufacturing cost is high, and as a consumable part, the later maintenance is expensi...
