Embodiment 1

[0038]Copper-chromium-zirconium (containing Cr: 1.0wt%, Zr: 0.2wt%, numbered 1 in the table below) and samples of the present invention (numbered 2 in the table below) used for existing resistance welding electrode materials are shown in Table 1. Two test samples. The samples of the present invention were prepared by a specific method of the present invention: firstly, the ingots of the two test samples were cast, and hot rolled into slabs with a thickness of 5 mm. Then heat preservation at 960°C for about 120 minutes for solution treatment and water quenching. After solid solution, the sample was cold-rolled into a 2mm slab, and then aged at 450°C for about 4 hours to obtain the desired sample. The tensile strength and electrical conductivity of the two samples after aging treatment are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0053] The preparation method is the same as that of the alloy numbered 2 in Example 1, except that the alloy composition is Cu-1.5Cr-0.25Zr-0.012Fe, and the performance of the prepared sample is almost consistent with that of the alloy numbered 2 in Example 1, very excellent.

Embodiment 3

[0055] The preparation method is the same as that of the alloy numbered 2 in Example 1, except that the alloy composition is Cu-1.8Cr-0.28Zr-0.035Fe, and the performance of the prepared sample is almost consistent with that of the alloy numbered 2 in Example 1, very excellent.

Abstract

The invention relates to a chromium / zirconium / iron / copper alloy electrode material, and a preparation and application method thereof. The chromium / zirconium / iron / copper alloy contains the following components in percentage by weight: 0.8-2.0% of chromium, 0.2-0.3% of zirconium, 0.01-0.04% of iron and the balance of copper and impurity. The invention also provides a preparation method of the alloy material. The method comprises the following steps: smelting a copper alloy to form a cast ingot, performing hot rolling, and performing solution treatment at 960-980 DEG C; performing cold rolling deformation pressure processing; and finally, performing aging treatment at 430-630 DEG C. Thus, due to the improved mechanical property and heat resistance, high conductivity, high softening temperature and high yield stress at high temperature, the prepared alloy material can be used as an electrode material in welding and indicates excellent continuous welding capability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an alloy material, in particular to a resistance welding electrode alloy material, and also relates to a preparation and application method of the alloy material. Background technique [0002] Chromium-zirconium copper alloy is a new generation of electrode materials commonly used in the field of resistance welding at home and abroad. At present, the annual demand in the domestic market is 400-600 tons, and there is a sharp upward trend. The current annual demand in the European and American markets has reached thousands of tons, the product has high added value, the market prospect is good, and it is extremely valuable. [0003] The electrode is the key material in the resistance welding process, and its function is to transmit welding current and welding pressure to the workpiece to be welded during the welding process. During welding, the current value flowing through the electrode varies with the type and thickness of the...
