Embodiment 1
[0038]Copper-chromium-zirconium (containing Cr: 1.0wt%, Zr: 0.2wt%, numbered 1 in the table below) and samples of the present invention (numbered 2 in the table below) used for existing resistance welding electrode materials are shown in Table 1. Two test samples. The samples of the present invention were prepared by a specific method of the present invention: firstly, the ingots of the two test samples were cast, and hot rolled into slabs with a thickness of 5 mm. Then heat preservation at 960°C for about 120 minutes for solution treatment and water quenching. After solid solution, the sample was cold-rolled into a 2mm slab, and then aged at 450°C for about 4 hours to obtain the desired sample. The tensile strength and electrical conductivity of the two samples after aging treatment are shown in Table 1.
