Abstract

The invention relates to a halogen-free flame-retardant anti-mildew composite which is prepared by jointly melting and mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride, 40-50 parts of bamboo fiber powder, 5-6 parts of camphor wood powder, 5-6 parts of compatibilizer, 5-6 parts of flexibilizer, 30-40 parts of flame retardant and synergist, 4-6 parts of heat stabilizer, 4-6 parts of lubricant, 4-5 parts of oxygen inhibitor, and 0-1 parts of antioxidant by three times, and finally extruding and forming. The bamboo-plastic composite has excellent mechanical performance and flame retardance and anti-mildew properties.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bamboo-plastic composite material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a halogen-free flame-retardant, mildew-proof bamboo-plastic composite material and a preparation method thereof. 2. Background technology [0002] Wood-plastic composite (wood / plastic composite, referred to as "WPC") is an emerging environment-friendly composite material manufactured by using various waste plant fibers and recycled plastics through compounding, blending and modification technology. At present, WPC is mainly used in doors and windows, roof panels, formwork, floors, roof panels, partitions, etc. in the construction field. The raw materials of wood-plastic products include: various waste plastics (plastic packaging, milk bags, waste plastic products, TV shells, etc.) Wood-plastic products not only have many advantages such as high hardness, easy coloring, easy processing, wear resistance, low water absorption, and wood-like ...
