Each sewing device is provided with a display module. The sewing devices are connected with the upper computer through the communication circuit. Based on sewing data of each sewing device, the upper computer conducts monitoring and efficiency analyzing to obtain high-efficiency sewing schemes of each sewing device and sends the high-efficiency sewing schemes to corresponding sewing devices through the communication circuit. The high-efficiency sewing schemes comprise configuration parameters of the sewing devices and the sewing steps of the working procedures. The sewing devices adjust settings of the sewing devices according to the configuration parameters sent by the upper computer and display the sewing steps in the high-efficient sewing schemes to guide operations of sewing and processing workers. The intelligent clothing production system and the intelligent clothing production method can greatly reduce participation of the workers in the sewing and processing process, reduce requirements of the workers to processing skills of, and improve processing efficiency and processing quality of clothing.
