Abstract

The invention relates to a biodiesel preparation device and a biodiesel preparation method. The device comprises a magnetic stirring mechanism, an ultrasonic esterification reaction mechanism, and a liquid phase splitter. The magnetic stirring mechanism comprises a stirring tank, a vertical round permanent magnet, a magnetic ionic liquid storage tank, and a raw material storage tank. A layering baffle plate is arranged in the middle part of the stirring tank, such that the stirring tank is divided into an upper stirring chamber and a lower stirring chamber. The bottom the lower stirring chamber is recessed, and the vertical round permanent magnet is rotatably arranged in the recess. The raw material storage tank and the magnetic ionic liquid storage tank respectively communicate with the lower part and the upper part of the lower stirring chamber through pipelines. The ultrasonic esterification reaction mechanism comprises an esterification reactor and an ultrasonic generation unit which are connected. Upper and lower parts of the esterification reactor respectively communicate with the upper stirring tank and the liquid phase splitter through pipelines. With the device provided by the invention, a magnetic stirring effect and an ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation effect are integrated.
