Embodiment 1

[0023]In the first stage of the three-stage screw extruder, 500 grams of corn stalks were pulverized, then continuously impregnated with 1.3% dilute sulfuric acid at 60°C, with a residence time of 7 minutes, extruded, dehydrated and preliminarily expanded. In the second stage of the three-stage screw extruder, the dehydrated corn stalks were maintained at 160° C. and 0.7 MPa for 20 minutes. In the third section of the three-section screw extruder, the cooked material is steamed and exploded by screw extrusion, and instantly decompressed and puffed to obtain a porous and fluffy wet material. After adding water to the above-mentioned porous and fluffy wet material (the dry matter concentration ratio is 19%), the concentration of adding penicillin is 3 × 10 -4 g / L, temperature controlled at 55°C, and pH=5.0, add cellulase in an amount of 0.12 g / g cellulose, and enzymatically hydrolyze to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysis solution containing pentoses and hexoses. Transfer the obtain...

Embodiment 2

[0026] In the first stage of the three-stage screw extruder, 500 g of wheat straw was crushed, then continuously impregnated with 1.3% dilute sulfuric acid at 60°C, and after a residence time of 9 minutes, it was extruded, dehydrated and preliminarily expanded. In the second stage of the three-stage screw extruder, the dehydrated wheat straw was maintained at 170° C. and 0.8 MPa for 18 minutes. In the third section of the three-section screw extruder, the cooked material is steamed and exploded by screw extrusion, and instantly decompressed and puffed to obtain a porous and fluffy wet material. After adding water to the above-mentioned porous and fluffy wet material (dry substance concentration proportioning is 23%), the concentration of adding penicillin is 3 × 10 -4 g / L, temperature controlled at 55°C, and pH=4.5, cellulase was added in an amount of 0.12 g / g cellulose to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysis solution containing pentoses and hexoses. Transfer the obtained enzymatic...

Embodiment 3

[0029] In the first stage of the three-stage screw extruder, 500 grams of rice straw was crushed, then continuously impregnated with 1.3% dilute sulfuric acid at 60°C, and after a residence time of 8 minutes, extruded, dehydrated and preliminarily expanded. The dehydrated rice straw in the second stage of the three-stage screw extruder was maintained at 170° C. and 0.8 MPa for 25 minutes. Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing ethanol by the wood fiber raw material, and solves the problem of low total sugar yield in the prior art. The method for producing ethanol by the wood fiber raw material comprises the following steps of: 1) smashing the wood fiber raw material, effectively and continuously dipping in dilute acid at the temperature of 20-80DEG C, staying for 1-15 minutes, and dewatering; 2) processing the dewatered material under the condition that the temperature is 80-200DEG C and the pressure is 0.4-10MPa for 1-35 minutes; 3) adding water into the material obtained in step 2), blending into required dry matter density, and hydrolyzing by the cellulose for 8-120 hours to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate under the condition that the temperature is 30-70DEG C and pH (potential of hydrogen) is 1-7; 4) carrying out zymophyte co-fermentation for 8-120h under the anaerobic condition that the temperature is 20-45DEG C and the pH is 3-8 to obtain fermentation mash containing ethanol; and 5) after the fermentation mash is subjected to concentration extraction, obtaining the ethanol of which the purity is 95%. According to the technical scheme, the problem is better solved, and the method for producing ethanol by the wood fiber raw material can be used for the industrial production for producing the ethanol by the wood fiber raw material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing ethanol from lignocellulosic raw materials. Background technique [0002] In the 21st century, the crises of energy, resources and environment have become the main obstacles to the development of human civilization. People are trying to find new energy sources to replace fossil fuels in order to reduce dependence on non-renewable energy sources, control carbon dioxide emissions, and protect the ecological environment. Lignocellulosic raw materials are the most productive renewable resources on the earth, including forest trees, crop straws, and leftovers from agricultural and sideline product processing. At present, most of these resources are wasted except for a few used in industries such as pulp and paper, construction, textiles, and fodder. Therefore, the development of ethanol production process from lignocellulosic raw materials is the development direction of ethanol production in the future. ...
