Problems solved by technology

[0010] 3. The defects of the cross-linked fracturing fluid system are the incomplete gel breaking, the gel is easy to exist in the oil reservoir, the gel breaking is not complete, and the residue remains in the fracture, which seriously reduces the permeability of the proppant packing layer, thus Damage the production layer, poor reservoir protection, resulting in poor fracturing effect
[0011] 4. Polymer fracturing fluid cannot be constructed due to special circumstances. The prepared fracturing fluid and cross-linking fluid will expire and deteriorate, resulting in a large amount of waste. It will also cause difficulties in waste liquid treatment and put pressure on the surrounding environment.
[0012] With the development of oilfields, the scale of fracturing measures is getting larger and larger. Thousands to tens of thousands of cubic meters of fracturing fluid are used for large-scale and high-level fracturing operations. The preparation time is long and the management procedures are complicated. For example, conventional fracturing fluid preparation construction, the construction cost is very high

Abstract

The invention discloses a fracturing process for online continuous preparation based on a liquid polymer. The method comprises the steps of directly and proportionately pumping the high-content liquid polymer into a fracturing blender truck through a proportioning pump in an in-situ online adding manner; and adding water and propping agent into the liquid polymer, and mixing the water, the propping agent and a thickening polymer together proportionately under agitation of the fracturing blender truck, wherein the ratio of sand can be up to 15%-100% and even 250%. According to the method, the preparation does not need to be implemented in a liquid preparation station or a preparation pool, and the continuous preparation and construction can be achieved. The method closely combines preparation and construction, and truly fulfills the purposes of convenience in operation, reduction of construction costs, economization, environment protection, oil reservoir protection, yield increase, and efficiency enhancement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a water-based fracturing fluid preparation and construction process, in particular to a fracturing method based on liquid polymer online continuous preparation. Background technique [0002] Fracturing fluids have evolved dramatically since they were first used to stimulate fractures in 1947. The early stimulation treatment was to add viscous fluids enough to open and extend fractures by adding to gasoline; later, field engineers began to use guar gum and its derivative-based working fluids. With the increase of well depth and well temperature, The requirements for fracturing fluid viscosity are also higher than previously available with linear gels. In order to achieve sufficient viscosity and improve its high-temperature stability in high-temperature reservoirs, boron, zirconium, titanium and other inorganic and organic metal ions are used to cross-link linear gels. In the 1980s, foam fracturing fluid was widely studied and...
