Abstract

The invention provides an extract of effective components of antineoplastic gallnut. The extract is prepared from the following steps in sequence: drying the gallnut: crushing the dried gallnut; adding petroleum ether to remove the oil; drying in the air; carrying out water extraction and alcohol precipitation; evaporating to remove ethanol from the filtrate; extracting by diethyl ether; and concentrating the extractive liquid under diethyl ether, thus obtaining the extract of the effective components of antineoplastic gallnut. As the study shown, the extract of the effective components has the activity of inhibiting the growth of U251 (glioma cells) outside the body, so that the extract can be applied to preparation and development of antineoplastic medicines. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the extract.
