Embodiment Construction

[0054] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and in combination with embodiments.

[0055]Although the above method can estimate the zero-second resistance of the winding of a single-phase AC series-excited motor, the accuracy is not high and it is not convenient. For this reason, it is thought of using the least squares method to carry out curve fitting on the collected data. That is to establish a known form of functional relationship between two sets of data, so that the data value predicted by this functional relationship and the actual measured value can reach the maximum degree of stability.

[0056] 1. The principle of least squares curve fitting

[0057] According to the concept of least squares polynomial, that is, according to a set of data (x i ,y i )(i=0, 1...n), requiring a m≤n degree polynomial g m (x)=a 0 +a 1 x+a 2 x+…+a m x m , the fitting function y=f(x) makes minimum. According to the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a zero-second resistance value computing method. The zero-second resistance value computing method comprises solutions of zero-second resistance values of a stator winding and a rotor winding, and is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) programming a program by using MATLAB software, and (2) executing the program: drawing a least square fitting figure of the stator winding, drawing a least square fitting figure of the rotor winding, computing a zero-second resistance value and a fitting error of the stator winding, and computing the zero-second resistance value and the fitting error of the rotor winding. According to the invention, the zero-second resistance can be quickly solved by using a least square curve fitting method, a programmed simple program can be applied for many times, and therefore the zero-second resistance value computing method is an effective computing method characterized in convenience and high accuracy and without influence of human factors.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of single-phase AC series-excited motors, and in particular relates to a method for calculating the zero-second resistance resistance value in a single-phase AC series-excited motor winding temperature rise test. Background technique [0002] Single-phase AC series motors have the advantages of high speed, small size, light weight, convenient speed regulation and large starting torque, etc., and are widely used in electric tools and various household appliances. Single-phase AC series motor is a device that converts energy. When electric energy passes through the motor, various losses will be generated, and the losses will be converted into heat energy, which will increase the temperature of each part of the motor. Excessive temperature will damage the motor. In severe cases, the insulation between the various parts will cause a short circuit fault in the motor, endangering the safety of the operator. Therefore, the ...
