Abstract

The drug composition comprises a sodium polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive (A), a polyacrylic resin (B), a penetration enhancer (C) and granisetron (D), wherein the sodium polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive (A) is a (methyl) acrylate copolymer containing (methyl) acrylamide or N, N-substituted monomer thereof; the polyacrylic resin (B) is an Eudragit polyacrylic resin; and the penetration enhancer (C) is selected from isopropyl myristate, azone, glyceryl triacetate and 1, 2-propylene glycol as well a a mixture thereof.
