The apparatus comprises an air inlet pipe of an air compressor, a hydraulic pump, an oil inlet pipe, a return pipe and a bearing seat, wherein the bearing seat comprises a bearing seat main body, a lubricating and sealing integrated flange, a machine main shaft, a bearing and a locating ring; the air compressor is connected to an air inlet of the lubricating and sealing integrated flange through the air inlet pipe; and the hydraulic pump is connected to an oil inlet of the lubricating and sealing integrated flange through the oil inlet pipe and connected to an oil return opening of the bearing seat main body through the return pipe. In the invention, the air is turned into turbulent airflow to seal the whole bearing seat of the centrifugal machine, so that the leakage of the lubricating oil is prevented, the sealing property of the bearing seat is enhanced, and the lubricating effect of the lubricating oil is improved at the same time.
