Embodiment 1

[0043] 1. Receptor synthesis

[0044] (1) Synthesis of intermediate 5-(4-nitrophenyl)furan-2-carbaldehyde: Mix 4.2 grams of p-nitroaniline, 8 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid and 16 mL of water in a 100 mL round bottom flask, and slowly heat to reflux to The p-nitroaniline is completely dissolved to obtain aniline solution; after the dissolution is complete, place the round-bottomed flask in an ice bath (0-5°C), and at the same time accelerate stirring to precipitate very small crystals. Weigh 6g NaNO 2 Dissolve it in 9mL of water, slowly add it dropwise into the aniline solution with a constant pressure funnel, stir and react for 20 minutes after dropping, and filter with suction; Water, stir under ice bath (0~5°C), dissolve 0.8g copper chloride in 3mL water, slowly add it dropwise, remove the ice bath after dripping, continue to react at room temperature for 8 hours, a brick red precipitate forms , suction filtration, and recrystallization from ethanol to obtain the in...

Abstract

The invention provides a receptor compound--2-cyanogroup-3-(5-(4-nitrobenzophenone)-2-furyl) acrylonitrile for detecting CN- by colorimetry-fluorescence two channels. The recognition effect of the receptor compound to nine anions such as F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, Ac-, H2PO4-, HSO4-, ClO4-, Cn-and the like is researched by the colorimetric method, the ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and the fluorescent spectrometry. The result shows that the receptor compound can independently select the colorimetry-fluorescence two channels in DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide)-H2O to identify the cyanide ion, and is very high in the detection sensitivity of CN-, wherein the lowest detection limit can reach to 1*10<-8> mol. L<-1>. Furthermore, the invention further prepares a receptor-based cyanogen detection test paper, so that the cyanide ion in the DMSO-H2O can be conveniently and quickly detected by means of colorimetry-fluorescence.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of anion detection and relates to a method for detecting anion CN - receptors, especially involving a colorimetric-fluorescence dual-channel detection CN - The receptor compound——2-cyano-3-(5-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-furyl)acrylonitrile; the present invention also relates to the synthesis of the receptor compound and its detection of anion CN - in the application. Background technique [0002] Cyanide is very easily absorbed by the human body, and can enter the human body through the mouth, respiratory tract or skin. When cyanide enters the stomach, under the dissociation of gastric acid, it can be immediately hydrolyzed into hydrogen cyanide and absorbed. After this substance enters the blood circulation, the Fe of cytochrome oxidase in the blood 3+ Combining with cyanide, it produces cyanide ferricytochrome oxidase, which loses the ability to transfer electrons, interrupts the respiratory chain, and suffocate...
