Embodiment 1

[0017] Example 1 Separation and Extraction of Lactobacillus pine polysaccharides

[0018] Commonly used methods for extracting polysaccharides from large edible and medicinal fungi mainly include solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction, supercritical extraction, and enzymatic extraction. After impurity removal, crushing, pretreatment, hot water extraction and alcohol precipitation treatment, the crude extract of lactobacillus pine polysaccharide is obtained. We use DEAE-cellulose column and Sephadex G-100 column for separation and purification. The process of extraction, separation and purification is as follows: raw material → crushing → degreasingsolvent extraction → extract → centrifugation → concentration → dialysisalcohol precipitationprotein removal → crude polysaccharide → column chromatography → distribution collection → concentration and drying → purity identification.

Embodiment 2

[0073] Example 2 Study on Antitumor Activity of Lactarius pine polysaccharides

[0074] To study the immunomodulatory activity of lactobacillus polysaccharides, to provide a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of lactobacillus polysaccharides. In vivo, we tested its inhibitory effect on mouse S180 solid tumor by intraperitoneal injection of lactobacillus polysaccharides to detect its anti-tumor activity.

Abstract

The invention discloses a structure of lactarius deliciosus polysaccharide and an application thereof; the lactarius deliciosus polysaccharide is heteropolysaccharide composed of two monosaccharides which are alpha-L-mannose and alpha-D-xylose with a ratio of 3:1; the lactarius deliciosus polysaccharide has an average molecular weight of 1.1*10<4> D, has a (1-6) alpha-L-mannose skeleton; a -3)-alpha-D-xylose side chain is connected with 2-O; a certain amount of lactarius deliciosus polysaccharide can significantly inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor S180. Groups with intraperitoneal injection of 20 mg / Kg.d, 40 mg / Kg.d, and 80 mg / Kg.d (L1, L2, L3 group) respectively have a tumor inhibition rate of 44.358%, 52.326%, and 68.422%; a positive control group with a concentration of 20 mg / Kg has a mannatide (M) tumor inhibition rate of 57.727%; no obvious damage, and no toxic or side effect are caused to mouse visceral organs; and the immunity is significantly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fungal polysaccharide extraction and application, in particular to lactobacillus pine polysaccharide and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Fungal polysaccharides generally refer to a class of metabolites produced by the fruiting bodies and mycelium of various fungi. They can be divided into pure polysaccharides and heteropolysaccharides. Pure polysaccharides are generally composed of more than 10 monosaccharides linked by glycosidic bonds. , can be divided into linear structure and branched structure. In addition to sugar chains, heteropolysaccharides can also contain peptide chains or lipid components. Fungal polysaccharides, also known as polysaccharides, are a class of biomacromolecules ubiquitous in biological organisms. They not only participate in the formation of tissue cytoskeleton, but also are important components of various endogenous bioactive molecules. Before the 1960s, su...
