Embodiment 1

[0034] (1) Preparation of raw materials for cultivation and fermentation

[0035] The raw materials for cultivation and fermentation are 50 parts of waste cotton+40 parts of straw+10 parts of bran. Fresh, mold-free, and non-rotten raw materials should be selected. Cut the straw into small pieces less than 5cm, and expose to the sun for 3-4 days before use.

[0036] (2) Weighing

[0037] Weighing is carried out according to the above-mentioned percentage by weight of the cultivation and fermentation raw materials, and then the cultivation raw materials are mixed evenly and placed in a large tank for mixing materials.

[0038] (3) Soak raw materials

[0039] Soak the waste cotton and straw with lime water, step on it while pouring water, until all the raw materials are soaked. Use pH test paper to measure the pH value of the compost, preferably 8.5-9, and control the water content at 65-68%. Lime water is lime water with a mass percentage of 1%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a volvaria volvacea cultivation method capable of promoting volvaria volvacea primordium to be differentiated, and in particular relates to a volvaria volvacea cultivation technology. The volvaria volvacea cultivation method comprises the following steps of: (1) soaking raw materials; (2) building and stacking cultivation materials and naturally carrying out stack retting and fermenting; (3) adding 110-120g of sodium citrate into every one hundred kilograms of stirred and wetted cultivation materials (a result is obtained by the trial test), so that the final water content of the cultivation materials is 65%-68%; (4) moving the fermented cultivation materials onto a bed frame, and covering by a thin film; (5) secondly fermenting the cultivation materials, and carrying out pasteurization; (6) inoculating; (7) managing cultivation; and (8) harvesting. The volvaria volvacea cultivation method is simple to use, and has the advantages that the differentiation of the primordium can be promoted, the quantity of the volvaria volvacea primordium can be increased, the number of the effective sporocarp can be increased, the yield per unit area can be improved by 31.05%, the contamination rate is low, the biologicalefficiency is high and the like, thereby being very suitable for the production of the volvaria volvacea, and convenient to practically popularize and use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of cultivation methods of edible fungi, and in particular relates to a cultivation technology of straw mushrooms. Background technique [0002] Straw mushrooms belong to the class Basidiomycetes, the subclass Agarobasidiomycetes, the order Agaricaceae, the family Phytopodiaceae, and the genus Phytopodia genus. Straw mushroom is a saprophytic fungus in tropical and subtropical high temperature and rainy areas. According to the textual research of Professor Zhang Shuting of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, straw mushrooms were first cultivated in my country, and then the overseas Chinese spread the cultivation technology to Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, India, Indonesia and other places, and then spread to Nigeria and Africa in Africa. Madagascar. In recent years, some European and American countries have also begun to cultivate. Now it has developed into a worldwide e...
