Abstract

The invention provides a polyurethane unsaturated polyester resin which is prepared by the following steps: (1) synthesis of hydroxyl-terminated unsaturated resin: reacting saturated dibasic acid or acid anhydride, unsaturated dibasic acid or acid anhydride and polybasic alcohol at 180-200 DEG C until the acid value is lower than 10, cooling, adding a polymerization inhibitor, and adding a reactive diluent for dilution at the temperature of lower than 100 DEG C to obtain the hydroxyl-terminated unsaturated resin; and (2) cooling the hydroxyl-terminated unsaturated resin to 60-80 DEG C, adding a polyisocyanate monomer, reacting at the temperature for 3 hours, detecting with an infrared spectrum until the 2273cm<-1> absorption peak completely disappears, cooling to lower than 50 DEG C, and discharging. Compared with the prior art, the flexibility and adhesive force of the unsaturated polyurethane photocuring resin are obviously better than those of UPR (unsaturated polyester resin), and the unsaturated polyurethane photocuring resin has similar comprehensive properties to PUV (polyurethane acrylate), but is much cheaper than PUV; and thus, the unsaturated polyurethane photocuring resin has excellent cost performance. The photocuring coating provided by the invention has the advantages of high adhesive force, favorable flexibility, low embrittlement tendency, low cost and obvious economic benefit.
