Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of rubber material for preparing high- / low-temperature resistant automobile pipeline rubber products. The method includes (1) introducing water to cool a Banbury mixer; blending rubber material, reinforcing filler, plasticizer, activator, anti-aging agent and lubricant in the Banbury mixer; discharging under rubber temperature of below 130 DEG C; forming sheets on an open mill; and cooling to obtain master batch; and (2) inputting the master batch into the Banbury mixer; blending under uniform addition of vulcanizing agent; discharging under rubber temperature of below 90 DEG C; forming strips on the open mill; cooling and standing for aging. The produced automobile engine / transmission oil cooling pipeline rubber products have improved high- / low-temperature resistance, satisfy increasingly high requirements of automobile industry on rubber products, and accord with GM6260 M standard.
