The ice cream machine with the extrusion head comprises a material feed cylinder arranged on a machine stand, wherein the extrusion head is inserted into the material feed cylinder transversely or obliquely; and a grinding cover with a material discharge opening is formed in one side surface of the material feed cylinder.
