Abstract

The invention discloses a dust-free chalk liquid. The dust-free chalk liquid is characterized by being composed of components in percentage by weight as follows: 66% of edible alcohol, 3% of resin, 1% of butyl ether, 5% of purified water, 20% of titanium dioxide, and 5% of talcum powder. The preparation method of the dust-free chalk liquid comprises the steps of: firstly adding the purified water accounting for 5% and then adding the edible alcohol accounting for 43%; then adding the butyl ether accounting for 1% for preserving moisture and stirring for 30 min; then slowly adding the resin accounting for 3% in the stirring process and uniformly stirring while adding the resin slowly to form glue; then adding the titanium dioxide and the talcum powder into the glue liquid which accounts for 50% of the total amount of the formed glue liquid and grinding the glue liquid mixed with the titanium dioxide and the talcum powder for 20 min in a dispersion machine; and then adding the remaining 50% of glue and the remaining 23% of alcohol and stirring for 25 min so as to finish the production of the white chalk liquid. Compared with the prior art, the dust-free chalk liquid, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that: a dust-free chalk in which the dust-free chalk liquid is filled can be attached to various smooth planes or blackboards and is convenient for writing, clear in writing, easy to erase, free from producing dust, safe, environment-friendly, and convenient to use.
