Abstract

The invention provides a wet-type composite friction material and a preparation method thereof. The wet-type composite friction material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of carbon fiber cloth which is used as a material framework, 10-30 parts of thermosetting resin, 8-15 parts of curing agent and 1-5 parts of friction performance adjusting agent, as well as 10-45 parts of solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: sequentially mixing phenolic resin, ethanediamine and ceramic grains by taking acetone or absolute ethyl alcohol as the solvent; carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to prepare a uniformly-mixed immersing solution with a moderate viscosity; and then, immersing the carbon fiber cloth, drying and carrying out hot-pressing curing and subsequent curing heat treatment on the carbon fiber cloth. The wet-type composite friction material and the preparation method thereof have the advantages of simple process, high material strength, high and stable wet-type movable and static friction coefficients, and extremely good durability and reliability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite friction material, in particular to a wet composite friction material which can be used for power transmission and braking in oil, especially transmission oil of vehicles, engineering machinery and ships, and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Wet friction materials are widely used in vehicles, construction machinery, mining machinery and military equipment due to their good heat dissipation performance, small wear, and stable friction factors. At present, the commonly used wet friction materials include copper-based friction materials, paper-based friction materials and composite materials. The commonly used wet friction materials are mainly sintered bronze friction materials and paper-based friction materials, and composite friction materials are still in the development stage. At present, the research and development of wet friction materials has achieved certain results, and the friction...
