An inwardly penetrated part of an inclined plane of the trapezoidal structure is in a flat reactor structure pattern; bottom of the area is provided with a gas distribution plate; and during aeration, bubbles rise along the inclined plane to inhibit attachment of the microalgae on the wall. The top of the inclined plane is provided with surface wall cleaning device, which is used for cleaning inner wall of the reactor with a vertical surface. A cold light source is arranged on the position unreachable by incident natural light in the reactor, and the cold light source is provided a transparent lampshade with micropores on the wall thereof; an air inlet pipe is arranged on the external end of the lampshade, so as to introduce air into the lampshade for wall surface aeration, and prevent attachment of the microalgae on the wall.
