Embodiment 1

[0022] This embodiment includes the following steps:

[0023] (1) Extraction: Take 100kg of wild Artemisia annua raw materials, add petroleum ether for extraction three times, add 400L petroleum ether for the first extraction, and reflux for 3 hours; add 300L petroleum ether for the second extraction, and reflux for 2 hours; the third extraction Add petroleum ether 300L, reflux extraction for 2 hours; combine three extracts;

[0024] (2) Chromatography: first pass the extract obtained in step (1) through a chromatographic column equipped with 40kg of silica gel resin, the flow rate of the extract on the column is 1 BV / hour, and the effluent from the column is recovered and used as an extraction solvent. Then use the eluent mixture of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate (volume of petroleum ether: volume of ethyl acetate = 90:10) to elute until no artemisinin flows out from the column layer, and the flow rate of eluent elution is 1 BV / hour, collect eluent 1000L;

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing artemisinin. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) extracting: extracting the plant material containing artemisinin under refluxing for two to four times with organic solvent, and combining the extracting solutions; (2) chromatography: passing the extracting solution obtained in step (1) through a chromatographic column filled with resin, wherein the resin is 1 / 2 to 1 / 5 the weight of the raw material; recovering the liquid flowing out of the column so as to be used as the solvent for extracting, and eluting with the eluant until artemisinin does not flow out of the chromatographic column, and then collecting the eluate; (3) membrane separation: treating the eluate obtained in step (2) through membrane separation equipment, wherein the membrane separation equipment adopts a nanofiltration membrane with molecular weight cut off of 200 to 800; and recovering the penetrating fluid so as to be used as the eluant, and transferring thefluid into the next process; and (4) crystallizing: freezing and crystallizing the fluid obtained in step (3), and filtering to obtain the pure product of artemisinin. By adopting the method providedby the invention to prepare artemisinin, the cost of production can be reduced, and the yield and quality of the product are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing artemisinin. Background technique [0002] Artemisinin is a sesquiterpene lactone drug with peroxy groups extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Artemisia annua. It was discovered by Chinese scientists in 1973. It has a powerful and rapid killing effect, and can quickly control the clinical onset and symptoms. Since its discovery, artemisinin has saved millions of lives around the world, especially in developing countries. In September 2011, Tu Youyou, a Chinese female pharmacist, won the Lasker Award, known as the "weather vane" of the Nobel Prize, for her contribution to the creation of new antimalarial drugs-artemisinin and dihydroartemisinin. [0003] At present, my country's artemisinin industry has begun to take shape, and has made considerable progress from raw material planting to product production. However, in the existing methods for preparing artemisinin, the yield of artemisinin i...
