The device comprises a hydrolysis adjusting tank (2) and an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor (8) which is connected with the hydrolysis adjusting tank (2) through sewage conduits, the UASB reactor (8) is connected with an intermediate tank (12) through the sewage conduits, the intermediate tank (12) is connected with a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) (15) through the sewage conduits, and the SBR (15) is connected with a clean water tank (18) through the sewage conduits. According to the device for treating the production wastewater of the jujube processing industry and the treatment process thereof, a system which is economical, practical, and specifically used for production wastewater treatment of the jujube processing industry is provided, an anaerobic treatment system and an aerobic treatment system are combined, pollutions of sewage water to the environment are reduced, a design for the sewage treatment system utilizes a one-time lifting, an automatic flow is achieved among various follow-up treatment units, settings of a dynamical power system are small, and operating costs of the sewage treatment system are reduced.
