Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a ZnO nanosphere with a yolk-eggshell structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing 500ml of mixed aqueous solution which contains 10mM of zinc nitrate, 5mM of hexamine and 2.5mM of tripotassium citrate; reacting the solution at the constant temperature of 75-95 DEG C for 20 minutes; aging at the temperature of 20-30 DEG C for 6-10 hours to obtain a precursor of a zinc citrate microsphere with a yolk-eggshell structure; calcining the citrate microsphere at the temperature of 500-800 DEG C for 2 hours; and naturally cooling to the room temperature to obtain the ZnO nanometer with the yolk-eggshell structure.
