Problems solved by technology

While the plant fiber wall decoration board has good performance of plant fiber composite materials, there are some limitations, which limit its performance to a certain extent.
First of all, the plant fiber itself has strong hydrophilicity and hygroscopicity, so the water resistance and stain resistance of the surface of the prepared product are poor, and it is easy to be damaged and polluted; secondly, a single white bleached pulp is often used as the raw material of the plant fiber Or brown primary color paste, if you want to obtain products of different colors, you can only achieve it through pulp dyeing. The control of pulp dyeing color and the treatment of dyeing wastewater all restrict the improvement of its quality and the reduction of cost.

Abstract

The invention discloses a water transfer printing method for a decorative plate of a plant fiber molding wall. The method comprises the following steps: (1), uniformly coating a layer of poly urethane (PU) transparent primer on the front side, back side and periphery of the decorative plate of the plant fiber molding wall, then drying the PE transparent primer; (2), regulating the PE transparent primer into the required color, uniformly coating the PE transparent primer on the front side and periphery of the decorative plate, and then drying; (3), polishing the primer layer surface on the front side of the decorative plate smooth; (4), upturning the face of a water transferring printing film with a pattern and laying the water transferring printing film on a water surface, uniformly spraying an activator on the water transferring printing film, pressing the front side of the decorative plate on the water transferring printing film after 1 to 5 minutes and pasting the front side of the decorative plate with the water transferring printing film, and the taking the materials out and drying the materials; and (5), washing impurities remained on the front side of the decorative plate by clean water firstly, then drying the decorative plate, and uniformly spraying the PU furniture paint on the front side of the decorative plate and then drying to obtain the decorative plate. The water transfer printing method for the decorative plate of the plant fiber molding wall, provided by the invention, is simple in process; the water-resisting property and stain-resisting property of the surface of a prepared product are greatly improved; and the prepared product cannot be damaged and polluted easily.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a water transfer printing method, in particular to a water transfer printing method for a plant fiber molded wall decorative board, belonging to the field of plant fiber molding. Background technique [0002] Water transfer printing technology is the latest digital imaging technology, which uses special paper and special environmental protection ink to print images on any solid medium. Its biggest technical advantage is that it does not require special equipment, is not limited by media, and does not require high temperature heating. Through image input, drawing, and image output, any image can be printed on any solid surface and any curved surface. The image is colorful and achieves the effect of a photo. Water coating transfer printing technology is the most commonly used one in water transfer printing technology. It uses a water-based film that is easily dissolved in water to carry graphics and text. Due to the excellent ...
