Embodiment Construction

[0035] In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0036] There are many defects at the interface of composite insulators, but there is no specific detection method for the debonding defect at the interface between the sheath and the mandrel, that is, the defect of the bonding quality at the interface between the sheath and the mandrel. The invention provides a method for detecting debonding defects at the interface between the sheath and mandrel of a composite insulator. During the experiment, the debonding defects will become more obvious, there will be moisture intrusion in the defect, and the conductivity of the material will increase. At this time, a gradually rising voltage is applied to the composite insulator, and the current density at the defect will increase. Then the leakage current will increas...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for detecting a composite insulator interface. The method comprises the following steps of: sampling from a composite insulator to be detected to obtain an experimental group insulator and a reference group insulator; subsequently carrying out a boiling experiment on the experimental group insulator; installing the reference group insulator and the experimental group insulator in electrode structures of respective high voltage circuit and exerting voltage to the electrode structures; detecting leakage currents of the experimental group insulator and the reference group insulator by using leakage current detecting devices in the high voltage circuits; and simutaneously detecting the surface temperatures of the experimental group insulator and the reference group insulator by using a surface temperature tester; and judging whether a defect such as debonding exists at the interface of a protective jeacket and a core bar of the composite insulator to be detected according to the leakage current and the surface temperature of the experimental group insulator and the reference group insulator. With the adoption of the method and the system, the defect such as debonding of the protective jacket and the core bar can be identified effectively with high detection efficiency and low detection cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the detection field of insulator interfaces, in particular to a detection method and system for composite insulator interfaces. Background technique [0002] Composite insulators are insulators composed of glass fiber resin core rods, synthetic material sheaths, sheds and connecting fittings at both ends. Due to their light weight, high strength, strong pollution flashover resistance, and convenient manufacturing and maintenance widely used in power systems. In order to continuously improve the process of composite insulators and improve its quality, it is necessary to conduct appraisal experiments on various components of composite insulators to determine the optimal insulator design scheme and material combination. [0003] The standard IEC6227-2005 is the definition, test method and acceptance criteria of indoor and outdoor polymeric insulators with a nominal voltage greater than 1000V. Quality experimental methods: 1. Dir...
