Problems solved by technology

[0004] Similarly, in other water treatment systems such as reverse osmosis water production systems, the adhesion of microbial films will seriously affect the efficiency of reverse osmosis water production. The use of stripping agent will affect the life of the reverse osmosis membrane to a certain extent, and the treatment cost is high

Abstract

The invention discloses an electromagnetic treatment technique for controlling the attachment of microbial films on the surfaces of devices and pipelines in water bodies. Namely, through adopting an electromagnetic water treater and arranging an operating induction coil of the electromagnetic water treater at a water inlet of a water treatment device or pipeline, under the action of an electromagnetic field, the theoretic adhesion work between a microbial film on the surface of the water treatment device or pipeline and the surface of the water treatment device or pipeline is reduced, thereby preventing the formation of the microbial film on the surface of the water treatment device or pipeline or achieving a stripping effect on the formed microbial film. The electromagnetic treatment technique for controlling the attachment of microbial films on the surfaces of devices and pipelines in water bodies, disclosed by the invention, has the characteristics of environmental protection, low treatment cost and high efficiency, and further reduces the corrosion of microbial films on metals; and meanwhile, the heat exchange efficiency of a cooling water system can be improved, or the operating efficiency of a water treatment device can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electromagnetic treatment technology for controlling the attachment of microbial film on the surface of water treatment equipment and pipelines in a microorganism existing system, belonging to the field of water treatment microorganism control. Background technique [0002] The condenser is an important device in the power generation process of the power plant. The cooling water is mostly surface water and recycled water, and these waters often contain a variety of microorganisms. The microorganisms grow and reproduce on the inner wall of the cooling pipe, which can corrode the pipe and cause accidents. The most common corrosive bacteria in the circulating cooling water system are sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), which can reduce the sulfate in the water to sulfur ions during the growth and metabolism process, and promote the corrosion of metals. The microbial film formed on the wall of the cooling pipe not only affects the ...
